“Cooking is the simplest form of Chemistry.” – Nirmala Ma’am, Science Teacher, Class 9 and 10, D.A.V. Girls Senior Secondary School.
The art of cooking.
I’ve loved cooking ever since class 8. TImes when my mom used to refuse to cook something I like and try and feed me the usual rasam rice after school! That is when I learnt to make Maggie for the first time. I know ‘ learnt to make maggie’ sounds quite redundant. Even a retard knows to make the usually 10-minute-taking-2-minute-maggie. But well, it was quite an accomplishment for me back then, considering the fact that I used to be scared to even light the stove up! Ever since then, I have always been trying cranky new things. Failing miserably at some experiments and doing decently in the rest. I don’t declare that I am a good cook or anything, it is just something I love doing. Now, lets get to the purpose of this blog. I am not going to put up my whacky inventions ( I seldom get to do that here in law school) but I am merely going to put up the best recipes I find online. Ones I have tried or ones I find really good. This is merely for my reference and for those who want to try new things or the old ones in a different way.
